Hmm... ppl can use ent_fire to HAAAAX Server... sooo lets remove ent_fire :D
Thought some ppl would complain, but im the first 1 :D

And as long as Ant doesnt feel like giving the rcon to everyone who wanna script, YOUR SCRIPTS WONT WORK NO MOAR :D

We have been and still will be primarily a build server. The autobuild plugin will work again soon. We are working on a new plugin. Other types of scripting may be dead but the server will not be :) For those who want to continue to build and use other sourceop stuff, just be patient as we make new plugins.

Im tryin to make a plugin to enable ent_fire. Its kinda senseless cause Valve didnt update the source code yet so i dont rly know what to fix :|

Im with ant and the server is getting new plugins to make ur builds look better. All you have to do is be patient and wait :D . For Now we have the WHOLE spawn list !paint and !renderfx. In the future sm_savebuild will be fixed or upgraded so in the name of the whole Area 51 and Gravity Riders group we wish u a pleasent stay and have fun playing at both Area 51 servers.

as for me and the way i wish to fix things with Valve :) i say we all just punch the fags in the face for "fixing" what wasnt even broke to begin with, i think maybe someone from valve played deathmatch on one of the scripting servers and got his ass kicked in a scripting match with someone so he got pissed and said hey guys lets remove this shit so i still win :twisted:

valve didnt mean to disable ent_fire, they just updated the internet settings to filter a malformed package that ppl used to crash servers. but while they were working they used the wrong setting, causing the ent_fire package to not work. but they are trying to redo that update to fix it.
and for those of u who blame gabe newell for all problems, ur wrong becuz he just leads a group of game programmers, they are the ones who handle the codes and internet and stuff. so dont make a mountain out of mole hills unless ur completely sure u have the evidence.

In the end, this change has ended up being a positive one for builders. New sm_savebuild plugin, less crashes, and no more fps shit scripts. Even if ent_fire does come back (or some addon to fix it), at least sm_savebuild is way better now.

Just finished an early beta of a new ent_fire plugin :D
Idk if it works perfectly but well, it enables ent_fire.

Ask me for the plugin.
Most things work, known bugs:

Ill try to find a link to a copy of celmod plugin but u would have to permban celcius cuz he made a thing in the plugin to hax ur server and fuck it up
