Peter, you cant really say that I mean you haven't even given him a chance on trial to prove himself worth it, and no offence but you haven't been on for a while or even much at all. So he does deserve trial.

His English is terrible,can't have an admin having terrible English( besides Rex for some reason....) learn English better and then try again.

This is yesterday soon as I/he came in.
He rages to get attention and that's pretty much all he does.
He is just not mature enough to represent the server and I would say give him few years.
